It was a really hot day at Taizé

Hot even for an Indian.

It drizzled in the evening

They were not rains for Indian Standards

Winds blew hard.

Praying outside the church was just cool.

After the prayer

I saw two souls dancing in the rain.

Singing, laughing, and dancing.

Enjoying the awesomeness;

Being in tune with the vibes of the nature.

Free like a child.

Not caring about anything,

just enjoying the moment…

Feeling the energy of the moment….

Shy to say that…

I envied them

Can I be free like them too???

*A poem based on a personal experience. And the two souls have no romantic connection. For me, it was an authentic experience of ‘being-free’
