More of Singing, Dancing, Drawing, and Playing
Less of speaking, walking, writing and working
Johnson J Puthenpurackal gave a linguistic expression to his philosophical convictions in the following words,
“Humans have been originally singing and eventually they began speaking,
Humans have been originally drawing and eventually they began writing,
Humans have been originally dancing and eventually they began walking,
Humans have been originally playing as children and eventually they began working as adults”
Singing, dancing, drawing, and playing were spontaneous and expressions of the inner life. Can we continue to experience and express some of that originality? If not always, at least at some points in our lives? This is authentically spiritual.
