This is a very complex issue…I accept that nepotism is bad… but is there one concrete plan completely against it that is workable…. How can you conduct an exam to find people for acting or for politics or things like that?? I don’t think many would want to move from nepotism based society to a China like society too…

I echo ur sentiments against nepotism, but solutions are not easy… I don’t think any law is possible fully to remove it…
